[Ciel leaves Sebastian at the front desk to take care of the payment. It's nice to finally be indoors where it's warm and he finally unbuttons his jacket and lowers the hood moving toward the windows to look out at the snow.

He almost doesn't notice Chrome until she spoke then he glances over there.]

You are... Miss Dokuro, correct? [He offers a polite smile.]

Isn't that interesting, Ciel, Chrome only comes to about your shoulder/maybe a little taller than that. She blinks, surprised and then automatically bends to a polite bow.]

[It does take him slightly by surprise that she's shorter than him. Very few people are, and he assumed that she was at least his height. Oh well. It's a welcome change. He's not complaining.]

We've just arrived. Our Pokémon are recuperating at the Pokémon Center, Sebastian's paying.

It wasn't a terrible journey. We had some assistance at some point. [He's not going to mention Sebastian carrying him, or having to, dear god, cuddle up to the butler in the night just to stay warm.]
