Junpei was very, very eager to evolve. And he was very, very happy to have evolved, but really, he hasn't quieted down much from when he was a puppy besides... no longer being tiny. Junpei sees himself as the protector of Miki and Koios, and eternal rival of Phoebe, and he doesn't care about type disadvantage or anything like that, one day he will win.

Now fully evolved, Phoebe has dropped some of her initial naivety in favor of a slightly trollish nature. She's aware she can startle and even frighten people because of how she looks, and uses that for her own amusement - never maliciously, she always apologizes afterward, but she's definitely prone to going RRAAAUURRGH I'M BIG AND SCARY at people or pokémon at times, just to see how they react. (That they might take it badly doesn't occur to her.) To this day she's a bit of a derp, but she is very loyal and protective of the others on her team. Her trainer she figures can take care of himself well enough.

The damn sheep is singlehandedly the most nasty, vicious pokémon Shinjiro has ever encountered. Shinjiro isn't even sure how the thing came to him, but the fact remains that it was on his party one morning, and has henceforth been disinclined to leave. (He tried to set him free. IT DIDN'T WORK.)
This Mareep attacks people and pokémon alike for his own amusement. It has, in the past, stepped into puddles or ponds and electrocuted every single water pokémon in the vicinity, just for shits and giggles.
... just Shinjiro's luck to wind up with the damn thing.
Koios

Koios is a bit of a clutz. At first he was very tiny, so tiny in fact that he could hardly lift his boneclub at all, and had to be taught how to walk properly, so naturally, he's a little slower at things than others of his species. To make up for it, he's twice as adorablededicated. Koios is prone to following the others on his team around because he doesn't like being alone, and frequently clobbers Phoebe when she teases or scares him just out of shock. He really does like them all.

A derpy, fluffy thing Shinji bought from Heather to prevent the Owlpocalypse. She's prone to playing with her trainer's pokégear, likes having attention and shiny things but doesn't really begrudge them others if they have them. She's curious to a fault, which gets her into trouble on a regular basis.
