Well things do not seem to be going very well. I appear to be in some sort of cave. For the most part it's dark. I also appear to have lost three days, which I'm beginning to see is a trend among the network. I don't suppose anyone knows what happened?

And Sebastian, where the hell are you?

[ He sounds mellow, relaxed. ]

It seems as though everyone's lost those three days. I can't imagine what happened, and I've yet to hear a reasonable answer from anyone else.

I appear to be somewhere along Route 32.

So I've noticed. This place is full of too many strange things without explanations. I don't like it.

Come get me out of here immediately.

My, so fussy, young master. I suppose it's my own fault, as you've gone without your tea this morning. [ Chuckle. ]

I'm really not in the mood Sebastian. Now come get me. It's far too dark in this cave to see where the exit is. [Annoyed.]

You mean to tell me that you can't fashion yourself a torch? Why, shouldn't a Phantomhive be able to do at least that? [ Blatantly mocking, now. He's beginning to feel cornered already. ]

And what, praytell, should I be making a torch out of? The rocks on the ground? There's a reason I have a butler after all. Now stop dallying around.

Are you also without supplies? That's going to be troublesome, replacing all of your belongings....

...

[Ciel's not going to order him yet, though he's tempted. The fact that a pawn thinks he can play with the king is laughable.]

I have my bag here. What would you suggest I use to make a lit torch Sebastian?

If I'm not mistaken, you have a pen and a toothbrush, both of which would make sufficient, if small, torches. The paper from your handbook could be used to wrap it, and if you've been taught well, you should be able to set a spark to the paper with those rocks....

Of course, if you don't know how....

[He's grit his teeth, and Sebastian can probably hear the sound of irritation he makes.]

I've never had to use rocks to start a fire before. I'm not some sort of caveman after all.

What sort of Phantomhive is incapable of surviving in the wilderness? [ Feigned astonishment. He's not even enjoying this anymore. ]

Enough of this foolishness! Sebastian, I order you to come get me!

[He's done wasting time.]

[ Sebastian goes quiet for a moment. ]

But, young master... ! However shall I find you in such pitch darkness? [ Sarcastic, but listless. ]

Don't be ridiculous! I'm sure you can see perfectly fine in the dark, not that you need to see to be able to find me. I can never escape from you, remember?

[He's lost his temper now.]

[ If the situation were different, Sebastian would love hearing Ciel fly off the handle like this. As it were, he's just shaking his head and wondering why he's postponing the inevitable. ]

Tsk. I'm afraid, young master, that I may have to decline. Unless, of course, you happen to be to the north of my current location? I plan to head north.

D-Decline...? You can't decline Sebastian. This is an order. Do you plan to break the contract then?

[It's a good thing Sebastian can't see Ciel, because there's a moment of fear that flashes over his face. He's never once thought that Sebastian would break the contract and, here especially, he doesn't know what he'd do if he did.]
