[Ciel can be found in the Pokémon Center in the wee hours of the morning. It's so early, that it's still somewhat dark outside, though the sky is beginning to light up. He's spent the entire night slaughtering Pokémon out on route 32 after this thread here. He'll suffer from it on top of everything else. A cold isn't far off

[Uh-oh. Chrome takes off from the Inn to the Pokemon Center, face set in a worried frown.]

Ciel-san?

[He starts slightly having half fallen asleep on couch. He blinks a couple of times blearily, and then winces when the pain in his face returns.]

Miss...Chrome?

[She hurries to his side, taking a careful seat on the edge of the couch]

Your face... What happened?

[He's highly tempted to tell her it was Sebastian. Perhaps she would get mad at him and no longer associate with him. At least for a while. Highly tempted.

He doesn't though. Instead he looks away.]

I... had a quarrel.

[ Shadow also happens to be in the Center. He's making more preparations before he plans to leave the city. But he notices the boy sleeping and tilts his head, looking at the bag near him. ]

[ Decides not to wake him up-- Shadow would have been too annoyed to have been woken up if it were him, but he sits down on a chair closeby, looking in his own backpack and organizing items. ]

[Eventually Shadow's rustling around nearby awakens Ciel. He blinks sleepily around before catching sight of the man and watching him organize things for a few moments.]

[ Looks to Ciel, noting he's awake. ]

This isn't a hotel. [ His red eyes focus on the boy's patch and he wonders why Ciel has that. ]

[He frowns at Shadow. His response is clipped and short, and he ignores the flick to his eyepatch. He's used to it by now.]

[Waking up this early on a cold morning isn't her cup of tea, but it's another thing to deal with. This morning seemed normal...]

[And then she checked the gear. Ciel made a feed. There is a bruise on his face. A. bruise.]

[That made her jump out of her bed, quickly getting her coat and boots on. Her hair isn't put up into the usual curls, but she can fix them later. It only took her a minute to get the Pokémon Center and finding Ciel almost asleep on the couch.]

[Hearing Elizabeth's voice causes him to sit up very suddenly, very awake. What on earth was she doing here, she wasn't supposed to be up yet!?

Then again, she was bound to find out soon enough anyway. He wasn't going to be able to come up with enough excuses to hide from her until the bruise had faded away.]

[Johto is messing up her sleeping times and her mother wakes her up early anyways. Long story short, she's up. Ciel, what is she going to do with you.]

[She forces herself to keep her hands to herself, to not touch the bruise. As you can tell, she is upset and worrying over the edge right now.]

[There's a half melted ice pack, that Chrome had given him earlier resting in his lap from where he dropped it in his near sleep. He picks it up idly, watching it while he speaks. This is embarrassing to admit to Lizzie. Lizzie knows Sebastian and him, and telling her this, would make it seem like he's lost control of his servants, which is true, but not something he wants to admit.]

Sebastian and I quarreled. It got slightly out of hand, but I'm all right.
