Hauling the eggs around was a challenge, but I am impressed with the results.

[Cue Eevee ears invading the screen.]

My, they all look healthy enough. I trust they've not caused you too much trouble?

No. They have been very good. I am impressed with their personalities so far.

Good. I have to admit I was worried about the Swablu, considering its parents.

[Said Swablu flutters over and begins preening Suzuki's ponytail.]

She is incredibly friendly and motherly towards the others. I was a little surprised myself.

[Riku is either... on his way to Violet with Sora or somewhere on one of the routes near town training. Either way, he's got his 'Gear with him.

Either way, she might recognize him, since he's been chilling with Ven for more than a week.]

I'm always up for a training session. My team's mostly maxed out, but they'd be good sparring partners, at least.

As long as they know how to pull back on their power for younger Pokemon.

Four of my six are still babies.

Most of mine know better than to knock out babies. If nothing else, they could just act like moving targets until they get stronger.

[He shrugs.]

Or I could use my Wartortle. She's only at level 27, so she'd be easier to beat.

I am currently staying at the Violet City Inn.

However, if it is human combat training you are looking for, I can offer that as well. I would hate to fall out of practice...

What a pity.

[A beat.]

I practice the art of fighting with steel fans. And I assume you are the brute force-type.

[Swablu floats over to preen at Ven's hair.]

I didn't exactly stick around New Bark long enough to find some new trainers to spar with. That sort of puts me at a loss.

But surely your Pokemon wouldn't mind if mine threw meager attacks at them for a while, would they?
