[Ritz sounds concerned. It probably has something to do with the weather, and the only reason she isn't video posting is because she's not a fit sight for anyone.]

Does anyone know if a... Skarmory can rust in the rain?

[The topic of this question has decided to let out a quiet 'Skaaaaa!' in response.]

[There is no shame in digging trenches under the rain! Lion is a bit muddy, but looks fine even if really wet.]

There is no need to worry, my Skarmory never had any problems with the rain, actually he quite enjoys it.

That's good to know. I was worried about her.

Actually she may even benefit from it, as Fire types tend to be weaker in rainy weathers.

That's a really good thing to know! I didn't even know she would be weak to fire.

I don't think they do... It'd be really hard for them if they did, wouldn't it? Since they probably fly around to places with different kinds of weather and everything...

[that's a sheepish chuckle.] I guess you're right. I didn't think about that.

Even if it did, I think the Mart would probably have something to help with Pokémon who have that problem, so... it should be okay.

Yeah, I guess they would, if it were a common enough problem.

'Course it is. It'd be weird to have a part of your body rust in the rain, anyway.

It'd be less weird if you're made out of metal.

A lot of other people have answered too, and she should be fine. Thank you for offering, though.

My friend...had a Skarmory, and I don't think he ever had any problems with rust.

So I think yours should be fine! [ Small smile. ]

Thanks. I wasn't sure if having her out in the rain would be a bad idea or not, but she is also my only pokemon right now.

Yeah, it's better to leave her out then, I think. You don't want to be defenseless against all the wild ones!

I'm not exactly defenseless on my own. I just got here from a place where fighting monsters was how I earned my dinner.
