[That Gyarados -- That's to be the result of his training Euphrates up. He takes note of this, pleased with what he's seeing, before appearing in a video response, posing the following question, his eagerness plain to see.]
How long did it take for you to get your Gyarados evolved?
A while- and man, did it take a lot of work! It's totally worth it, though, right-- eek! [Andre has decided he needs to return the favor Ritz did for him in carrying him around like some sort of scaly demented stuffed animal, and now he is- very carefully- cuddling his trainer.]
Carrying him around? [sounds like a pretty odd concept] Wouldn't he have had problems with breathing out of water? [he's realized that it's not a problem for them, just by what she's saying, but it doesn't hurt to ask anyway.

Yep! [Ritz is reaching up to carefully scratch at her water-serpent, who seems to like this treatment.] And the quick way to get a pokemon like this to evolve, if you have another, is to send them into battle and call them back so you can use a pokemon that can attack.
Andre didn't know tackle when I caught him, so Madeline and Brenda had to help for a while. Catching another pokemon is still a really good idea, though. If something knocked Euphrates out, you'd be pretty much helpless to anything out there.
