It's Whitney's Miltank beating herself up and staggering around- it's pretty clear it's the end of the battle, and after a moment the cow falls over, clearly finished off by both poison and her own confusion. Anyone who's dealt with Whitney probably expects the crying jag that comes next, but perhaps not what Ritz does.]
