[Why take the time to call? Mamoru will just be showing up a short time later with his things. Shiro, chittering excitedly, takes off towards the house like it's the world's largest Pokésnack. Mamoru eyes it appreciatively before joining Ken.]
[Mamoru can only imagine the frustration that had to go into finding a house with enough private room spaces for all of them. He's admittedly taken off-guard when Ken throws an arm around him, but the gesture brings an appreciative smile to his face. He can almost imagine it's like being Omi again.]
That's true. I'm very in favor of such an arrangement. The roof patio is a nice touch.
[Yeah he figured that was going to happen. He's just going to act like everything's normal, 'cause it pretty much is.]
Aya-chan's got hers, but Chloe's taking his sweet time getting here and Youji's probably too busy flirting to check his Gear. And Aya and I are gonna share, 'cause there's five rooms to start with, and six of us.
Yeah. Once I've secured a room, I'll be glad to come along.
[Never let it be said Mamoru lacked an appreciation for strategy-- and he isn't about to dismiss it with a decision that will impact every day of his life so long as they all live in that house.
The room next to Aya and Ken is immediately ruled out; between it and the other upstairs bedroom, better to have the more remote one for noise issues.
The other downstairs room wins out, however, for being next to the office, close to the kitchen, larger, on the main level, and far away from Chloe. Hopefully Ken and Aya wouldn't be too noisy overhead.
He leaves his bag on the bed to signify his claim and rejoins Ken.]
I'm impressed. It's a beautiful house.

[Ken grins, moving to stand beside Mamoru and throw an arm over his shoulder.]
Well, we'll have more privacy now at least. And it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper than renting rooms for everyone.

I kinda liked it. It'll be nice to sit out there when it gets warm again.

It will. How many bedrooms are left for claiming?

That sounds like the best arrangement. I'll go claim mine, then.
