[Today on Tiny Quagsire theater we have a really unpleasantly jumpy picture. There's glimpses of a Quagsire, a pack being dragged along on the ground and some trees and sky, all pretty haphazardly for at least ten minutes

[Kisame employs very healthy methods of dealing with stress, confusion and those pesky emotions.

It takes a minute or two before he responds. It looks like the Quagsire still has the camera.]

I haven't been very diligent about my training here.

[He pauses for a while.]

[At first when he hears the sound Naruto wonders wtf it is, and pauses in his travel toward Cherrygrove to pull out his pokegear to have a look since that's where the sound is coming from.

Watching the screen makes him a little dizzy but he recognizes the Quagsire, though he isn't sure if it's Kisame's or someone elses. Can other people have the same pokemon? He has no idea.

But when the video shows Kisame his suspicions are confirmed and his brow furrows a little at how beaten Kisame looks.]

My usual training was harder without my chakra than I expected.

[Which he'd found out weeks ago, but he's not about to explain the real reason]

I wasn't interested in being chased by the authorities, Itachi-san. This was the better option.

Training until you could not move anymore? Even with access to your chakra, this is hardly a good idea.

Phoenix's own Quagsire suddenly pops up onto the camera, letting out a few hearty "Siiiire sire!" 's and wiggling excitedly. He recognized that call! He finally found another Quagsire!]

[Nuru says hi right back with some "Sire quag!" of her own. She's a very undersized Quagsire but full of spunk.

...and worry for her trainer who looks in pretty bad shape.]
