Tarot, the present Growlithe, just watched Marluxia with his tail wagging. When the eggs decided it was time for them to move about and hatch, he'd let out a surprised yip and jump up, nosing at the eggs gently. Luxord looked up again, putting the cards in his pack. ]
Ah, seems they're ready to hatch. I'll fetch a few towels..Tarot, we could use another Ember to get the fire burning higher. [ Said fire was embers now, leftoevers from where he had Tarot start a fire to heat up a can of vegetables. He did just as he said, pulling out a couple of towels to ready as his egg, at least, developed a crack down the middle. ]

[He can't think of any other reason they'd be behaving this way after all. Nor is Luxord's the only one beginning to crack, although Marluxia's isn't splitting anywhere as neatly as Luxord's. Rather, the cracks seem to crazing down from the top, with his - zigzag things that can't really seem to decide which way they want to go.]

[ The resident brit's brows raised as a few more cracks appeared around the egg at various intervals, much like the segments of an umbrella. Once the cracks reached from top to bottom, it jerked again before an Abra emerged from the egg, flopping over on its stomach after uncurling.
Look, goo! And watch as Luxord is not phased by the mess. With no eggshell to peel off of the psychic type, he'd just carefully wipe away the mess with one towel before wrapping it up in another for added warmth as it promptly went to sleep, ignoring the fanfare. Just lets Tarot sniff around the empty shell while watching Marluxia's efforts. ] ....Where is that bloody music coming from?
