He appears to have a fondness for hats. Specifically, imitating them. [she's scruffing the Ditto like you would a misbehaving kitten. It doesn't quite work.]

Well-- some ditto's have to start somewhere, I guess.

They do. I've attempted to train him out of it by using him more frequently in battle, but it hasn't seemed to do much good. [a sigh.]

Well-- they're supposed to copy other pokémon.

He's quite capable of doing so! But he only seems to have the urge to do so within battle.

Out of battle...

Wait so he-- he doesn't mimic things in battle? He just... mimics things out of battle?

He'll mimic them in battle, but he prefers to mimic inanimate objects out of battle.

He did try to imitate a bush while in battle, once.

A--a bush? Really? Maybe... maybe you should let Dupin talk to Souji-senpai's Ditto.... Maybe his could set yours right...

It might be in his best interests. He seems to do fine once he sets his mind to it, but he has problems staying focused on most things.

Oh-- I see. Yeah, maybe talking to another Ditto would be good for Dupin.

I hope it will. I'm running out of ideas of what else could help.

Don't they have-- I dunno pokémon schools here?

It seems that most of them are designed for trainers and trainer tips, or simply leveling up Pokémon. I don't think there's much in the way of behavioral training.

There could be something else, but I haven't found it so far. It's somewhat disappointing, I admit.
