[WHAT A TREAT, JOHTO. today you get to see a tiny lion-cub pokemon stalking a mouse pokemon.

Meaning, Castor is creeping after an oblivious Rom, and snatching him up by the tail.

After a few minutes of the Minun squealing and the Shinx shaking him by the tail, Ken appears on the scene]

Castor, don't--!

I have the same problems with my own Plusle. I believe, in some cases, mischievousness is ingrained in their personality.
