Wouldn't surprise me. Even regular animals have issues sometimes, so Pokémon probably aren't too different.

Maybe take him to a PokéCenter and see what they can do. For all we know there could be glasses for Pokémon.

Not necessarily. Its eyes are not used to the change in rapid perspective.

If it continues being weak, I recommend discarding it.

Not every animal or person are the same. While it may take some a few hours, it might take others a few days to get used to things.
