Backtagging: Absolutely! I'm pretty slow at getting to my own tags as it is, so backtagging is perfectly fine. I usually tend to keep more minor threads going for a week or so before I start to get burnt out, though, so as long as the tags aren't too slow, it should be fine.
Threadjacking: Sure! My friends are always welcome to this and don't need to ask - and even if I don't know you I probably won't mind if you do it without asking, either, but y'know. It'd just be courteous, if you did.
Fourth-walling: Nothing major, no. And as far as Route's policy on the whole, being able to recognize the original RGBY games, that's fine to mention. It's 2018 where Suzaku is from, so to him the games are very, very old and he doesn't really remember anything about them (if he even played them at all, which I kinda doubt). But no canon-fourth walling or anything, please.

Hugging this character: Go for it, but don't expect a hug back. He gets it all the time back home and will probably either be embarrassed or just stand there stoicly and take it like a man.
Kissing this character: If you can catch him... 8| He's got super-quick reflexes, too, so good luck sneaking up on him without getting flipped over. A lady he likes well enough might be able to corner him but he'll just scrunch up like a bunny until it's over. :|
Flirting with this character: Why would you flirt with this derp. It probably won't go over his head, but he's absurdly polite and kind of a prude so don't expect much of a reaction.
Fighting this character: Unless it's a friendly spar, he probably won't rise to any challenge you make unless you piss him off (in which case he'll probably be the one trying to pick a fight). He's strong, though, and very quick - in canon he outruns machine gunfire.
Injuring this character: By all means. 8) He's kind of crazy and will probably feel like he deserves it, anyway. But again, he'll put up a nasty fight unless you're a ninja about it.
Killing this character: I don't... actually know how this works in Route and I should probably ask, but Suzaku has something placed on him called a Geass of Absolute Obedience. The command was "Live!" and... therefore he is incapable of dying as long as he can do anything to stop it. And I mean anything. All sense and awareness is overidden by the Geass to perserve his life and he has no memory of it afterward. Which kind of sucks for him because Suzaku is really kind of suicidal. Soooo... even if you did try it'd almost definitely fail. But if you really want to, make sure to ask me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Again, make sure to ask me first. Suzaku is very susceptible to having his mind fucked around with and he has all kinds of horrible, dark secrets and screwed up things going through his head that would drive him pretty bonkers to have drawn up to the surface.
Rubbing your butt on this character: For reference, see
this.

Personality:
Suzaku is a character of utmost dedication and focus to whatever he sets out to do, putting quite literally all of his life on the line to reach his goals. In this case, they would be: changing Britannia for the better, from the inside out, by serving as a Knight in their military rather than that of his home country, Japan, and despite having stated that Britannia is corrupt and not worth fighting for; and clearing the name of his princess, Euphemia li Britannia, who was manipulated by the power of Geass to do something that put a permanent stain on her reputation (and, furthermore, was against her wishes in every possible way) before being killed by Zero. He has been shown to sacrifice anything that he needs to in order to reach these ends, so long as the means are not unjust or illegal, such as selling out his own best friend and fighting against his former instructor, as well as a friend from school.
Above all, Suzaku believes in the statement that the ends do not justify the means, and a gain achieved unfairly is not worth it. It's for this reason that he takes on the task of becoming the Knight of Seven in Britannia's military in exchange for Zero's capture. By becoming the Knight of One, he would be able to take control of any Area of his choice, and would of course govern Area 11, sufficiently settling things his way. This is also why he is not able to work with his former best friend turned enemy, Lelouch, also known as Zero, since his ends are reached without consideration to the means. He and Euphemia shared similar sentiments on the matter of the conflict between Britannia and Japan, and her death came as an extreme emotional devestation to him, one whose explanation he is and was never able to accept. One of the things he looks forward to in the future is the opportunity to ask Lelouch why he did what he did to his sister.
Suzaku's extreme aversion to "the ends justify the means" is likely stemmed from the murder of his father, Genbu Kururugi. When Britannia first began to invade Japan, Suzaku's father believed in resisting to the end, which Suzaku saw as foolish. He was unable to convince his father of such and, in a heated moment, stabbed him to death. Although the crime was covered up, Suzaku was appalled by what he'd done, and developed a very thick guilt complex, becoming very suicidal in nature. Upon joining the Britannian military, he often put himself on the front lines, hoping to receive punishment for his crime in death. Rather than simply killing himself, Suzaku opted to put himself to some better use with the skills that he had and hopefully die in the process, though that stroke of "luck" never quite seemed to come to him. Lelouch's Geass command "live" came as a direct opposition to everything he was, something he has since been unable to forgive Lelouch for. In the same vein, despite Suzaku being unable to put himself in immediate danger, he still pushes himself to very near the point of breaking, as if to make up for the loss of what he feels is his due punishment.
In combat, Suzaku is the type of fighter who relies almost entirely on instinct rather than tactics, and this holds true for most everything else about him. He's the "brawn" counterpart to Zero's "brains," often counteracting one another with himself just narrowly avoiding Zero's tactical pursuits. Once he is aware of the situation, he often barrels in without thinking things through, which can sometimes result in a sink-or-swim scenario for him. He is also shown to occasionally use excessive force, and when angered, reaches the far side of completely unreasonable. It's true his temper is easy to trigger and when it happens he typically resorts to violence, but there have been times when he has been able to stop himself from acting on an impulse that may have only gotten him into further trouble (such as considering subjecting Kallen to Refrain, but deciding against it at the last moment, for the sake of not wanting to sink to Zero's level).
Lastly, Suzaku tends to lean toward work over frivolity, and as such, his social skills have suffered greatly. Though he is quite capable of putting on a facade (and quite a facade it is - or was - he lived that lie the majority of his life, between his father's death and the closing episodes of R1), by the second season he has mostly dropped the act for a more serious and businesslike demeanor, except in part at Ashford Academy, where he sees it as necessary to behave the way he did before he left school to become a Knight of the Round. Even under a farce he is still not the most outgoing of people and can be awkward on the subject of friends, having fun, and doing generally normal things that most kids his age ought to be doing. He's fortunately well-versed in "common" things, and, having been the son of the Prime Minister, was raised well enough to be disciplined and mannerly. Still, he is what most anyone would call a workaholic, opting to attend meetings and briefings over seeing his own class president graduate/helping her celebrate in a zany, filler episode fashion. Suzaku has a few quirks, such as a love of cats, though that love (in Arthur's case, at the very least) is not a mutual one, and having apparently no issue with cross-dressing or wearing weird clothing for one cause or another. One might even say he has fun with it, when he allows himself that commodity.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
Strengths physically excellent in basically every way - speed, strength, reflexes, etc; steadfast, determined, not easily distracted; able to adapt to many situations; high moral standard.
Weaknesses emotionally frail, easy to manipulate, quick to anger; impulsive, the "brawn" to opposing "brain"; willing to commit atrocities in the name of his goal despite his "ends =/= means" argument; insecure, socially awkward, but not inept.
