suzaku likes fuji a lot, influenced in part by the two eggs he's received from him that hatched into pokemon he's quite fond of. but fuji also makes him nervous sometimes because he's reminded of lelouch in a lot of ways. psychoanalyzing people is not polite, fuji.

following the trend of parallels between his fandom and theirs, lacus reminds suzaku very strongly of euphie. and not just because she has pink hair, either. it bothers him severely when there's something amiss with her.

suzaku has more conflicted feelings about lelouch than i can even write about. the feelings of love toward his best friend is something that can never go away, but his present state of hatred is a voice that speaks much, much louder at the moment. he's focused completely on watching lelouch like a hawk and making sure he doesn't do anything suspicious.

lion is very sweet and has seemingly romantic views on various subjects. it's going to get very awkward when he realizes lion is male, though.

matsumoto is a confusing woman. she's loud and vulgar and drinks too much, but she's also very sweet and playful and reminds him of gino, a little bit. even though she's boisterous and able to take care of herself, he feels protective of her, moreso when he's the one causing her trouble. also, she said she loved him and he has no idea how to take that, even if it was platonic.
rise kujikawa • restardom
rise's very sweet outgoing and usually doesn't have a lot of trouble making him laugh--or, well, at least crack a smile. it seems like she's more complicated than what shows outwardly, sometimes, though.
sheryl nome • northerncrosses
sheryl is so crazy!! she jumps off high platforms and doesn't afraid of anything!! she's also very up front and direct, which often leaves suzaku put on the spot, being used to girls who are .. girlier and subtle and sneaking and trollish in other ways. it's definitely refreshing, though.
shinn asuka • swordofimpulse
shinn is someone that suzaku often looks at as a source of information, maybe even a role model. he's always been helpful, since suzaku first arrived.
sugata shindou • knifeinpocket
suzaku and sugata often share information, most notably on the gym challenges and the like. he sometimes reminds him of lelouch a little bit, based on his demeanor, but it's hard to say. sugata isn't easy to read, especially for a person who already isn't good at reading others.

voice actor twin! yosuke is yet another bro, only he is The bro, not just any old bro. he's also a bro that he owes his life to, so that kind of adds a few points on there. for a split second he thought yosuke had a crush on yukari but that theory kinda got buried awhile ago.
yukari takeba • usedtsundere
except for a little glitch that separated them for a little while, suzaku has been traveling johto with yukari since the beginning. he thinks very highly of her as a person and a trainer and does his best to be respectful of her space as a travel buddy. like rangiku, he's also very protective her; maybe even moreso, because she isn't as big and ... vivacious.

yuri is an interesting guy with an interesting pikachu, for sure. they've had some pretty entertaining conversations since meeting.
