Oh no, I'm quite intrigued, really. Although I did have important things to take care of back home, I suppose they'll just have to wait for me to get back.

Right. Apparently there are time differences in this place. You might be here now, but you're still at home, too. Or something like that. There are people I know from Japan that have been here for months, but I saw them not too long ago at home.
