[It's Saturday afternoon, you guys! And after spending a week out in the wilderness battling birds, raccoons, mice, sentient weeds with legs and ghosts in order to reach civilization, Yusuke has finally made it to Violet. [Don't worry, Danny! Yusuke's too busy watching his 'mons to really notice you! Except, wait, he just saw you out of his peripheral vision and is now staring, trying to figure out where the heck he's seen you before. Skinny, dorky-looking, dark hair, big eyebrows...

Oh, it's him. Yusuke doesn't bother getting up just yet, but he does make sure to address Danny loud and clear over the sound of Puu and Poliwag squabbling, not even bothering trying to hide the antagonistic undertone in his voice.]

Well, well, if it ain't Sleeping Beauty himself. You out shopping for tampons, or something? [He seems pretty casual right now, sitting with his legs stretched out infront of him and his arms spread across the back of the bench, but he's clearly looking at Danny with a look that suggests that any trash-talking might result in a wild goose chase through the city. Oh, you boys just get along so swimmingly.]

[Yusuke stares at him hard, but still doesn't move. He does, however, seem pretty tickled by how nervous Danny is, and raises his arms to fold his hands behind his head with a grin.]

What's the matter, man? You look like you've seen a ghost.

[Aaand rather than go help her up like any decent human being would, Yusuke here is just gonna... stay put and give Rena a funny look instead. Puu, at least, is more of a gentleman, and abandons his fight with Poliwag to fly over to Rena and check on her. Upon landing next to her head, Puu takes one look at her face before proceeding to dust it with his wings, which were already kind of filthy thanks to similar attempts to clean Yusuke up. At least Rena's current state of dishevelment was considerably easier to work with.]

... Y'know, you could have just said 'hi' like a normal person. [He gives Puu a look.] --c'mon, Puu, lay off the lady. You're gonna end up losing the sandwich to Fishface over here if you're not careful.
