Sadly, this situation and these circumstances make it quite hard for one to give you a proper party, much less a proper material birthday gift.
I do not suppose an IOU would suffice?
It would of course come with all the strings attached.
You are allowed to choose what you want as a gift in exchange, without objection from me, whenever time permits the chance for purchase.
