So here goes. Kevin is officially jobless. He was laid off from his marketing position in dtown. This means that a few changes are going to happen in the Smith household. Today I walked into work and discovered that the office had flooded from the room next door. Currently we have three professional carpet cleaning trucks and about 13 fans blowing in our office which makes it really easy to hear the phone ring! The one problem with loving sports the way I do is that they can drastically influence my mood. Sparty took another hit today with a big loss to Wisconsin. Starting the big 10 season 0-2 is not the way to make a girl happy! Time to suck it up boys and start to play. I still will watch no matter what... I just may start to throw things. GO STATE

Finally! Kevin and I have been working very hard on our house to make it become a home and as of yesterday we have finally made our home office. Now that Kevin's company is moving him to a four day a week (with a fifth day of telecommuting) work week we need a place for him to work. Packing was slightly delayed due to the fact that I was involved in a four car pile up on 696 while on my way home from work yesterday.
