First batch from here! Will start on batch two asap.

Needs-a-Hug!Kaito for Owl

It was rare to see him depressed. When she actually thought about it, Tear realized that she had never really seen him genuinely upset. Thoughtful? Yes. Concerned? Sure. Yet for someone who made it his own personal mission to ease Tear out of her shell, Kaito seemed to have one of his own.

Having a poker face, he had called it once. She had set the information aside as random magician trivia, but now Tear couldn't help wonder if it carried a deeper meaning for her friend. She silently watched him as he shuffled a deck of cards. Not even the hint of a smile curled at his lips, and he hadn't uttered a single word for close to an hour. While Tear generally preferred a quiet atmosphere, the current one felt uneasy; it worried her. She coughed softly, finally capturing his attention.

"Kaito," she said hesitantly. "If you want to be alone then I'd be happy to leave. It's a difficult time, and..."

He shook his head and set the cards down. "I'm not being really fun today, am I? You shouldn't be cooped up in here with me. Go out there and enjoy the sunshine! It's a nice day out."

With that said, he once again fell into silence. Tear stammered a reply and stood to leave. She understood what this day meant to him. Having something precious taken away from you was heartbreaking-nothing could ever replace it. So she watched Kaito, on the anniversary of the day when his father was taken away from him. She felt useless for not being able to comfort him, and she silently cursed herself for just giving up. It was as if that small act triggered something, and she suddenly gravitated to his side. She rose her arms slightly, then quickly lowered them back. The melodist struggled like this for what seemed like an eternity, but what was only a few seconds, until she finally garnered the nerve to move closer to Kaito, reaching out for an embrace.

And she snapped out of it. She hurriedly backed away, praying that he hadn't noticed what had just almost transpired but one look at his face confirmed it. The cocky smirk had returned to its rightful place and so had his amused chuckle. He picked up the cards.

"Want to see a trick?"

Long-winded!Katara for Kev

Normally, someone would try to avoid a person who nagged a lot. Luckily, Hyobu thought, he wasn't normal. So when he saw the bender marching angrily towards him, instead of running away he happily went out to meet her.

"What is it this time?" he asked, feigning innocence.

"You know what," Katara seethed. "Why did you film all of that? Isn't reading our thoughts bad enough, and now you have to stalk everyone?"

He shrugged. "I wouldn't call it stalking."

In all honesty, she was completely expecting that answer, but it didn't stop Katara from spitting out a violent diatribe at the esper. For a full ten minutes, she wanted over what a vile person he was, and how he should stop blaming an entire population for what a single person did. At one point she even began to pace, waving her hands around excitedly as to inflict more impact onto her nettling. It wasn't until her voice had grown hoarse that she turned back around to face Hyobu.

Who was happily filming her.

Luckily, Hyobu thought afterward, the island was rather giving when it came to handing out cameras.

Ill!Ikuto for Kia

"You got me sick."

Amu groaned, looking down at her "patient" who was draped across her bed. He looked pale, and every few minutes he'd let out a bad cough. And while it was, indeed, her fault for getting him sick, the fact that he continued to remind her of it was getting on the girl's last nerves.

"Make me soup," Ikuto cooed, rolling over so that he now rested on his stomach. "You can spoon feed it to me if you like."

"I don't!" Amu blushed furiously, but she hastily calmed down after seeing him wince. "Erm, sorry... I'll go check to see if anyone has ingredients for soup, so stay right here."

She got up to leave, but the teenager's hand promptly clamped onto her own. Surprised, Amu leaned in closer to see what he wanted, her heart thumping loudly in her chest. Ikuto opened his mouth, slowly, and whispered something inaudible.

And then proceeded to throw up on her shoes.

That night, he was forced to nurse himself back into good health.

Silly!Jay for Owl

Jay was quite serious about most topics and, when he was not, he tended to be a jerk. At least, that was the overall impression he gave off to the islanders he regularly dealt with. Most of them-the main offenders being Ling and Ranka-were convinced that he simply never had any fun, and all he did all day was brood and lock himself away in his room when he wasn't ruining everyone's good mood.

But in truth, he really was just a kid. On the day when the island became overrun with otters, the ninja had gone missing. Ling wasn't concerned about him in the slightest, yet somehow he was still the one to find him. The sight of Jay sitting in a circle of otters confused him, and going closer only made it worse.

"It's ors," Jay said firmly. "It's really not that difficult to say. Ugh, how can people mistake the Oresoren for you...? It's more like, ors, ors, ors! Got it?"

"Did you make friends?" Ling laughed. But by the time he realized the error in what he just did, he was already running for his dear life, dodging the knives thrown by a very angry boy.

Wildly Inappropriate!Medaka for Kev

"There is nothing wrong with my outfit," the student council president frowned at the demon who stood a good ten feet away from her. "I'm not going to change.

Laharl, his cheeks slightly red, turned away. For some horrible reason the girl had found herself a rather revealing swimsuit. It, somehow ended up being even more revealing than her usual underwear, and it took a lot of effort to not just run up a random tree and hide there until nightfall. But knowing Medaka, she'd probably climb it after him.

"Everything is wrong with it," he huffed. "Why can't you wear something normal for once? Actually, why can't you just leave?"

The girl studied his features before answering. "Normal for you then? Hm, well, I guess I can manage that."

Without another word, she walked away. Dumbfounded at how easy it was to get rid of her, Laharl happily returned to his hut. He had a lovely lunch, and even got to set around thirty monkeys on fire before Flonne even noticed the smoke. It was turning out to be a good day until someone knocked on the hut door.

"We match," Medaka stated with a matter-of-fact tone. And indeed they did: She wore an exact replica of Laharl's outfit, lack of a top and all.

His screamed echoed throughout the island for days.
