[The feed opens up showing Katara sitting in the dark, well, relatively speaking anyway. There is the glow of the fire off screen lights up the area in front of her. Her Lapras can be heard a little ways off splashing around in the pond.]

Hey everyone. I'm not positive, but it looks like Ieyatsu's gone home. [Katara frowns. She's making this post ( Read more... )

[Have a very somber Mamoru too. This is his first time losing someone he knew in this world.]

I'm sorry to hear that. She was a bright and charming young lady.

Me too. She really was. She was taking her friend's disappearance pretty hard too, though, maybe it's better this way for her. I just hope that things were okay when she left.

[It would be horrible if she was going back to some horrible point in time.]

[With that, Mamoru opts for a change of subject.]

That's a Dratini, isn't it? I have one waiting to hatch. How is it?

[I second that notion, says Katara in her monocle voice.]

Yeah, that's right. He's very playful. He has a move I've never heard of before though, too. Extreme Speed? He's pretty strong. [Pakku can be heard shifting, until eventually he's draped himself on Katara's neck like a mink scarf or boa.]

[Mamoru will keep that in mind for his own.]

Sea serpent? Mmh, well... From what I understand, in their final form, as Dragonite, they're the fastest flying Pokémon known. They're also rare, intelligent and kind-hearted. Their attack power is incredibly high.

I'm sure he'll be a great addition for the family. I can see that, except for the flying part. I don't suppose their ears are actually wings, or will become wings.

Did you get your egg on Easter, too?

I did. It's a Meowth. For the Dragonite, I don't know. We'll see when they evolve that far, won't we?
