[Bruce doesn't know wtf either, Yosuke. He just keeps staring up into the sky. After a second, he looks back at the gear, then rushes to grab it and gesture wildly at Yosuke. Oh crap my trainer just shot up into the sky what do I dooooooo]

["Catch" her, are you kidding. Bruce gives Yosuke a skeptical look, then turns toward the other Pokéballs to see if he can find anyone who could...

And then he looks at the sky again, eyes widening. They're coming back dooooowwwwwn -- With another less dramatic POW, the Doduo land in another huge cloud of sand.]

[Yukiko has found a ...less snowy patch to stop at for a while between the two towns and opens up the video feeds to find this. There's a smile on her face when she starts up her own reply.]

Congratulations.

[That was rather short lived, however, as her best friend is suddenly gone and whatjusthappened-]

[After a moment, the Pokégear is picked up by a strange tan-colored Pokémon, who takes a moment to wave in greeting to Yukiko before pointing up into the sky. The gear's camera follows, focusing on a tiny speck way, way up in the sky.]

[Well... she can't help but be a little worried about that. Chie knows what she's doing usually, but she's... never shot off into the sky before.

Has anyone, though?

All that's left is to wait and see if she comes back, isn't it? Though considering the Doduo doesn't have wings, she's... not sure if Chie is going to end up having a crash landing.]

[After a few more seconds, the speck starts growing larger -- at a speed that may seem worrisome. Bruce wobbles a bit, then backs away quickly, allowing the Doduo to crash down into the sand again. A cloud kicks up, and when it clears...

Chie is clinging to the Doduo's back, looking stunned but otherwise none the worse for wear.]

She... She hasn't reached orbit, has she...?

[Bruce has the gear now, and hearing Hayate's question, he points the camera toward the sky. There's a black speck up there, half-hidden by the light cloud cover.]

She... She's going to land soon, right?

[Your guess is as good as his, Hayate... But after another minute or so, the speck breaks through the cloud cover again. coming down fast. Bruce dodges backward as the Doduo slams down on the beach again, kicking up more sand into the air.

When the air clears, Chie can be seen on the Doduo's back, looking stunned but unharmed. Agi and Bufu squawk at each other proudly, pleased with their performance.]

Excuse him while he stands nearby, where he'd been, and...stares at the spot where Chie had been. ]

[Bruce is just as stunned as you are, Minato, switching between staring at the sand and staring up at the sky. There's a little black speck floating around up there, darting between the scattered clouds.]

[There's no response from Bruce by this point, and the video eventually times out. But after another couple minutes, Chie clicks it back on. She's a little short of breath, but a grin is creeping onto her face.]

Souji-kun! Hey! Hahaha, sorry about that. Did we startle you?
