Over the past week or so I’ve noticed a series of bug bites on my arm right along side the elbow. They got progressively more irritating and-as you do-I started to concoct scenarios in which alien bugs had laid their eggs on me and wondering if I was turning into a giant hive to incubate a mutant alien species

Yeah that's the problem with the desert climes, it's got its emo on during the burning hot summer so you're still out of sync with the season.
