The liver damage is a combination of things: his past alcoholism, his drug use which in turn led to hepatitis C, and his health. And he's about to be placed on the donors needed list after he has a few more meetings with a few more professionals (physicians, a psychiatrist [?]). And believe me, I'd love to move back. Life here sucks hardcore. I just don't like spending time on my computer.
