Don't worry too much about age. It becomes less important the older you both get. Abekh is 10 years older than I am. Course we're both old geezers now so it hardly makes a difference.

No one can tell you what you should do to handle this. Thats a call that your own heart has to decide. I can say this though. From my own experiences (so take this with plenty of sodium-chloride) 6 months after the senior year of high school I could've cared less what any of those people thought of me.

Just what ever you decide to do please be honest with yourself and with Ashlee. It may hurt sometimes but I have found it to be the best policy in the long run.

I think you need to listen to your heart. If you like her, great, I support you 100%. Be smart, trust yourself. Communication and honesty in any relationship is the key.

Paneb is 4 years younger than me. It's really not that much of an age difference.
