I can give permission to Zaeed personal encryption (i.e. anything not using the Normandy crew's official channel). Fenris will piggy back from time to time on Ram's now defunct channel but he can't get any higher than like 40%, so he's fair game.

Unless marked otherwise, Alan is an impenetrable fortress of encryption. Because its sort of his thing, and he lives with Flynn.

MAYBE. Nemvoy encrypts his things sometimes, but he isn't necessarily the best at it. Unless I put 100% or he's riding off someone's encrypts, assume that she could...IN TIME/PRACTICE/ECT
