I'll have to think about it some more, but the first thing that comes to mind is ice cream and second is spending money, though I don't think it's guilt that follows spending money so much as feeling poor and depressed.

Music. It's amazing how absurdly small-minded people can be about the tunes you send through your head. I appear to be a goth chick, therefore I must not like punk or metal or fluffy girly tunes, right? Wrong. I like it all, dammit.

My greatest guilty pleasure is cranking up the country station when I'm driving/painting/etc.

It's what I grew up listening to. It has the same psychological value as Macaroni and Cheese.
