On Being Lonely and Not Knowing What To Do About It..

This is all going to sound really whiney and the like, but I don't really have anyone else to talk to right now... I just feel kind of, lonesome.. It feels as though I do not have any friends.. I mean, there are a few out there, but I either can't do anything with them because they live elsewhere, or they're too busy.. I don't even get any calls

Don't know what I can say other than I feel your pain. My best friend lives in New York - I am in Las Vegas. And I have maybe one or two friends, if I'm lucky enough to call them that here in Vegas. My hubby of course is a good friend to me, but he, of course, has friends and so is always out with them and I rarely even get to see him. Ya just gotta stick it out. People out there love you and there are many that would like to spend time with you if only theyt met you and saw what a cool person you are. I know that is true for me; I just have no time to go out and meet new people. Plus, I don't drink, party, do the club thing, or anything like that. Plus, I have no time for friends, and on top of everything else, I am horribly anti-social with people don't know, so it gives noone a chance to get to know me.

My point is, I feel ya - hang in there. You'll find someone to hang with. If not, though, it's not the end of the world.

Wow, it's been a while, eh? ^_^ I'm sorry to here that you feel this way, too... It's no fun feeling like you're alone in the world. Funny though, hours after I posted this entry, one of the people I had called actually responded *smiles*. We've been getting together regularly since she got back from college :).

Yeah, I've been horribly busy with work and stuff, that's why I rarely ever update or check my friend's page...
I'm glad someone returned your call - that's cool. Hopfully things will continue to look up for you.
