Speaking of ramen, it's definitely tonkotsu for me! I've tried the tonkotsu here in my country, but nothing beats the ones in Japan. So goood. *drools at the thought*
thanks for the translation. What a timing, i just had my dinner spicy beef ramen and gyoza in a japanese restaurant in our country but I guess ramen in Japan is different and maybe more delicious. The way Matsujun makes instant ramen at home is the same way I do, after boiling I add egg cause it's more tasty.
