Yeah -- from what I can tell, that's a Misdreavus. They're not that bad; Garnet only really screams when she wants attention.
But I'm sure there might be a few of'em that are annoying.

If you have a Pokémon that can attack Ghost-types, keep them alert. If you do not, use a repel. That was no spirit.
