Los Angelinos do not abide by the "Take Gap - Give Gap" creedo. They just take. I drove from Santa Monica to Malibu, then from Malibu back to West Hollywood. While on our way back to WeHo (*snicker*) I was at a stoplight and I heard screeching tires and then some sirens--I looked to my left in time to see what must have been a late 80s model
