A friend of mine and I once discussed the two types of patience: there's the kind you exercise while gaining the trust of a feral stray, for example -- I've got that in spades.
Then there's the kind you exercise while waiting for the bus, which is running late. Eh -- me, not so much. I don't do great with looooong, slow-moving lines either!
Hopefully the long, slow Novantrone line will start edging forward soon. I tend to get up to shit while I'm waiting impatiently, LOL! :D

Second of all, I love you for a lot of other things too. I remember doing this dance with Tysabri, after being off all meds for 7 months just WAITING for the next relapse to happen (which it did about a month or so after my first couple of Tysabri infusions and I wanted to scream because I felt like if they had gotten on the ball sooner... blah blah).
I will keep sending up positive vibes for you that they will get their shit in gear.
