Ah yes, my trip home was redeemed yesterday with the help of Bernice and Maurice (if you don't know then don't ask)and the help of a few sparklers. Wow, I forgot that out here people really know how to dance. Attended 2 weddings today which were both pretty awesome. And after the second one they had the best reception I had ever been to. They over 500lbs of barbeque which was all amazing. And after everyone finished eating they clear out the center of the place and turn it into a dance hall. ( Read more... )

What a stellar fucking nightmare yesterday was. In an attempt to try and smooth things over with somone it completely backfired and blew up in my face. Well my sister said that Leon is out of surgery and he can move his fingers. Now they are just waiting for the swelling to go down to see if he can walk again. Otherwise, not much going on. Well Im finally back home again....and Damn its good to be back. It's hotter than Hell here, and I love it. California has spoiled me and I hate it. This was the longest I was away from Texas at one time, and I think it was about 7 1/2 months.
