i'm running out of ideas for packages. my bf's parents keep him well fed, so i don't have to worry about sending him food, and it's not like he's in the sandbox either (he's in japan). i want to be cute, but i'm not that creative. any suggestions? help!!

2. Graphic novels he may like
3. Notebook/Journal: send it back and forth. Although you guys may be able to talk on the phone or MSN, it's interesting to read your loved one's thoughts on the days or whatever event that happens. If it's at all possible, include random knick knacks like movie tickets and pictures. Scrapbooking is a nifty way to share the details of your lives no matter how far apart you are. Additionally, this method fills in the gaps you guys may encounter when you aren't able to talk and stuff. Nice way to connect, I say. ;)
4. Games: If your guy has a console, toss a game his way. Hell, send a DVD he probably doesn't have. If the two of you like games, invest in an MMORPG like FFXI or (dare I say it) WoW. That way, the two of you can be actively involved with something when you're free.
Those are a few ideas since Mike and I have done them. I find it amusing that I'll soon be sending him a care package with Japanese snacks and all despite the fact that he's stationed in Japan. Ha ha! Apparently, the ( ... )
