Is anyone else having issues with their AKO webmail not working with Firefox? It keeps telling me my session is timed out, and won't let me login at all. It'll let me log in with IE but not actually READ any messages.
Since I'm traveling, this is really annoying.

Are you using IE or IE tab in Firefox?
Have you cleared your cache and cookies in both Firefox and IE?

One of my coworkers couldn't login today, and the Help Desk informed him that AKO has issues with bookmarks and certain cookies. If you have AKO or Webmail bookmarked, delete the bookmark and try again.
Are you logging in with a CAC or username/password? The first round of "Knowledge Based Authentication" went into effect 30 October, and that's bound to cause some headaches.
