Another fine Navy day here in wonderful Souda Bay, Crete, Greece. I'm amazed a the weather here recently. I'm not going to guess at temperatures (they do things in Celcius here anyway, so it wouldn't make sense), but it January 7th and its warm enough here to walk around in short sleeves and not even feel a chill. Well here I am on Christmas day (6:30pm my time...11:30am in the real world) in front of a computer screen at my base's pier. Once again, typing while holding a 12-guage shotgun is not that fun. For all of you who were/are wondering, I finally found out were I'm headed to after m stint in Norfolk, VA. Turns out I'm going off to Souda Bay, Crete (near Greece) in mid-July. Yay!
