Hmm... Wasn't this guy the same one who called himself the greatest one-man thief army over the 'Comms a few days ago?

First off, Billy, we'll need you to fill out a few forms of proper identification, just so we can be sure you won't accidentally duplicate yourself to the point where your home caves in on itself and you find yourself homeless again! Next, we'll need to find out what world you specifically came from since most of our tenants eventually get around to explaining where they were at before showing up here.

...'Cause I wanted to see if this guy really was the same guy who was talking about being a one-man thief army or not. What better way to do that than to let him think that we're willing to let him stay?

Besides, now he'll go straight to Xanatos when it comes to proper living arrangements, as well as a job, and if he does what I think he'll do...Billy's not gonna be able to do any thieving for quite a few weeks, if not months! ^_^

Though now I'll need to get in touch with Xanatos and let him in on this plan...!
