On his way to the bridge, Ifix put on an emergency spacesuit -- he didn't much like the idea of working near a hull breach without protection. Besides, he knew that if the first shot didn't do the job, more shots usually followed.

Upon arriving on the bridge, Ifix anchored his emergency spacesuit to a bulkhead and pointed out through the hole above what used to be the captain's chair, in the direction of the ISS Voyager, at the incoming torpedo volley. "Ship stuck. Having explosive die area. Must pass gas."

Just as the torpedo neared the ship, he deactivated the hull integrity shield, rapidly decompressing the bridge. Venting the air gave the ship just enough momentum to move her slightly. The torpedo, having been set to explode upon impact, narrowly missed the ship and continued on it's trajectory.

Ifix worried about the next attack.
