When Captain
Storvik announced to the crew that
Brother Lothar had been left behind on
Starbase 668, the crew insisted on throwing a huge party. Food (and various other plants from
Alabama Picard's hydroponics lab) and alcohol (and various other chemicals from
Mib Khan's private supply) were passed around freely (as were Khan's Orion nurses,
Pooky and
Shiny).
Khan did have to warn a certain ensign not to wear a t-shirt reading "One Down, One To Go!" Didn't they teach self-preservation at the Academy anymore?
