Glad there are people who would still be glad to see the fic completed! I really assumed this ship had sunk while I'd been away.

This could be fun. (But more likely, very angsty, because that's how I roll...)

Wow. You know, I think maybe I found this place *after* that fic, so I shall be checking that out, yay!

Stacks and Markham are alive and well, and they often find themselves playing minor roles in a lot of Lorne fics, and slashing_lorne is more active than ever!!

Strands was the sequel to my original six-part fic, Pieces.

I wrote tons of fics when I was first involved in fandom, then sort of lost it for five years, but I've been lured back, now.

If you go to damagereport most of them are in the sidebar or under the Stackham tag. :)

(This is the account I've been using for the past five years or so, btw! It's still AK.)

It's been great, like a revivial in SGA. There's been some Stackham, and *loads* of Lorne. I'm in heaven :D It's like getting back with your ex :p

Hahaha. Yes, indeed. Julie and I are back to writing together for Strands, so we'll be posting from the akstarlightfic account, initially.

I'm so excited right now, it's kind of ridiculous.

I'm also in the process of re-reading what you've got. Well, I've made it through "Stands" already and am almost finished with what's available with "Pieces". Am pacing myself, but please know: for me, it was JUST as emotional the second time around as it was the first time. And I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a 25 year old guy who was on the edge of tears for an AMAZINGLY written piece of work! I hope the opportunity arises soon for you guys to be able to finish, but sadly I know how busy life can be and other priorities most definitely need to come first. I wish you both the best and believe me, no matter how long it takes, I'll eagerly be awaiting the moment when you're able to update! :D
