Withdraw? Shit no!

It doesn't take a hit to your GPA, and it could be there for countless many things! Pick a safe one to tell companies on a job interview and don't worry about it! If you have to take it again, just make sure you do well.

That way, you can go for something like "Well, I had a really heavy course load that semester. At the time, I thought I could handle this one extra class, but it turns out I would not have been able to perform to my satisfaction, so I withdrew."

Relax!

I sure hope not...cause I think I have two. Sadly, both are classes on C++. That was before I became self-actualized in the fact that I Will Never Be A Computer Scientist.

void programmingClass(int cPlusPlus, int makesSense, int dropDatePassed)
{
   if(cPlusPlus != makesSense){
     if(dropDatePassed == 1)
       withdraw();
     else
       drop();
    }
     else
       takeClass();
}

It depends on what your W is in and how many of them you have. If you have 20, it's a bad thing. I had a W my freshman year. It was in Film & Video Production III, which had nothing to do with the program I applied to when I decided to become a teacher. I also had one in grad school, but I still got a job. They're like ants. If you have one, that's ok, as long as it's on the floor and not your food. If you have a whole lot of them, even if they're not on your food, they don't look good.
