Inept explorer gets probation

Michael Arndt, previously covered here when he got arrested for getting into the set of "The Wire", was sentenced yesterday.Judge Mary C. Don't learn UE from Panic, indeed.

I have to admit, not visiting a website as a condition of probation is a new one for me. I wonder how they're going to enforce it?

It's probably not enforced at all. It's not the most unusual order I've seen from a judge. I think it's meant to be a nudge in (what the judge perceives to be) a healthy direction as well as something else they can get him for if they have cause or want to revoke his probation.

Probably. Could get ugly, though, if he ever has to try and prove that he *hasn't* visited it...

I'm dubious, that would be the sort of thing and anti-Panic person would say. I see you have links withe the Cave Clan, hence no refrence to their deeds eh? Do you have a copy of the origional article?
