Initially, I sketched things involving rivers and forests and skies, with these two balancing each other in a generally peaceful sense. But then, when reading through the three prompts again, I saw the word "extinguished", and felt the sudden desire to do something with flame.
So here's America attacking from the skies with energy-based attacks, and England ready to meet him with some odd combo of earth and ice.
