I hate it when people are like "I lost weight on such and such diet, and I wasn't even hungry!" If I'm not dragging my feet through my workouts and hungry more than half the day, I'm not losing weight.

I ain't mad! I'm slow bitter.

The other day I was getting annoyed cause I was constantly eating and -still- hungry after a great workout in the morning.

Well to be fair, I'm on the same food program she is!

Yeah, I don't really envy her the trainer, because even with someone there to do the mental part for you, the physical part isn't any less difficult or exhausting. I just want to be able to drop pounds without feeling like crap while I'm doing it.

One of the many reasons I love Kathy Griffin. "My diet secret? I'm hungry. I'm ALWAYS HUNGRY!"

Yes! I loved when Lady Gaga came out forever ago and was like "pop stars starve themselves to be thin, deal with it."

don't people say that (a) it's easier to loose weight when you have a lot to loose if you simply eat sensibly? (b) that most people loose relatively easily at first, and then it gets harder to loose weight.

I do kinda wonder though at you having to try so hard to loose weight. and you know a lot about it...! I'm surprised that you have to be hungry. I wonder if maybe you're not eating the right things. Though, I am not one to talk, being that I kinda sorta know what to do, but have a hard time doing it.

This is me exactly, I know what to do, but I have a hard time doing it. It's not any sort of mystery, I know exactly why I am the weight I am.

I hate the use the "genetics" excuse, but my dad's whole side of the family tends to be heavy and have a hard time losing weight, so I'm sure I've got a bit of an extra struggle against genetics. And truthfully, I'm within 5 pounds of my healthy weight range and 15 pounds of my goal weight, so it does make sense that it's more work.

I just hate that it's so much work.

And this is why people take amphetamines.

I can see how well that worked for Carrie Fisher.
