So, we love the guys at Comic Geek Speak. They host a podcast out of PA, and it's really funny and informative. They have also been really good to Katie, we see people at all of the conventions we attend who are listeners to the show and they just want to meet the woman who the guys at CGS speak so highly of. It's great to see all of the things she has been working on and all of the recognition she's getting. She's come a long way from "that cutesy girl that draws all of those cute monsters". I think all of the guys that worked for Stumblebum were thrilled that both of you guys were willing to be a part of it for as long as you were.

I have mixed feelings about that. I mean it is cool and everything ... but if a couple of comic book geeks were talking about my wife on a podcast I would have to kick their ass! :P

but I could easily consider any one of them friends of mine, and they weren't being crude. I have met and had great conversations with every one of them. they have had Katie guest host the show in a number of occasions, they were just telling in nerdy terms how much they all think of Katie. The line where asses get kicked is much farther down, and actual nasty things would have to have been said.
