Нужно уметь извлекать позитив из окружающей среды и постоянно разнообразить способы его извлечения: гулять, фотографировать, рисовать, знакомиться с новыми людьми (например, через ЖЖ). Если позволяют средства- купить себе сноуборд, горные лыжи, хороший велик, мощную цифровую камеру и т.д.
