squats 120kgs 5-5-5-5-5 got my form checked by trainer there too.

typically i would not bother but they have a strength board on the wall for squat, bench and deadlift (latter with straps though) so i wanted mine on the board.
said that i go a lot deeper than the others on the board (all 2 of them, squats are scary right?) but i have a tendency to pronate my right foot for the first 2 repkgs, after i'm fine and reps get better rather than worse....

this makes sense to me as my first set is always shakier than my later sets for some reason. thought before i was not doing enough warm ups typically do 10 reps with bar then 5 with 40 60 80 100 and a final one today 110.

shoulder press 60kgs 5-5
on second set final rep my upper back twinged and my spine feels like it may have popped out of line slightly. possibly because my warm ups were simply bar 10 reps 40 5 reps.
got appt with chiro 13/07 so will see how i am over next two days and if fine will wait for that one.
