looks an interesting programme, starts off with high rep volume work, then goes into low rep heavy weight intensity work. This setup seems pretty standard for a intermediate strength programme.
Intersting though as the high rep stuff is definitely a bodybuilding hypertrophy work, where as other strength programmes I've seen keeps the volume stage still quite low (Texas method, stronglifts advanced, etc.) and then goes very low for the strength part. As I understand it though the increased hypertrophy does something like prepare the muscle to get stronger by being bigger. Not sure I could cope with it though!
And yeh, a pulling session also knackers my lower back so squats after always really hurt me. Not as bad as deadlifts though.
