I've never dreamed that someone died before

It has distracted me all day and I don't know whether I am being silly, whether I should be worried about this dear person, or whether I should try to figure out what my subconscious is trying to tell me about myself.

I almost never dream. It was so vivid. But maybe i'm over reacting.

doesn't normally mean death. it means rebirth. and it's prolly not about that person either, it's most likely about something within yourself that that person is representing in your subconscious.

I once had a dream that my friend Sharmil died that was so vivid it messed me up for a week. Then I figured out that I was afraid that our friendship was dying (it was).

Don't forget what Baha'u'llah said about dreams. It's in Gleanings. Death is always symbolic, especially in dreams. It doesn't mean literal death, it means the end of a period or form of conscious or form of spiritual posture in a person's life. The symbol can often be interpreted as transformation. "die to thyself and live in Me"
